These documents govern your use of BeerZap, depending on your role. If you're not sure which one applies to you, organizers and vendors are covered by their own agreement below, and everyone is covered by the Privacy Policy.
Organizer Terms of Service
The agreement you accept when you create a BeerZap organizer account and run an event — fees, cancellation, IP, event-safety and alcohol disclaimers, and dispute resolution.
Vendor / Brewer Participation Terms
The agreement for vendors and brewers who claim a login, submit content, or configure a reward at an event on BeerZap.
Acceptable-Use & Prize-Promotion Terms
Platform conduct rules for everyone using BeerZap, plus how prizes and rewards work — no purchase necessary, eligibility, age, and fulfillment. Incorporated by reference into the Organizer and Vendor terms.
Privacy Policy
How BeerZap collects and uses information — including the geolocation capture data behind the game — for attendees, organizers, and vendors.
